Breathing and meditation can ensure peace of mind and physical well-being. Michaelee is a RYT certified instructor through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for over 6 years. "I believe in making it fun by incorporating it with all types of music from relaxation, inspirational, blues and even reggae". The different benefits that my students have experienced range from increased flexibility, increased joint, ligament and tendon mobility, body detoxification, toning of the muscles, opens energy channels of the body and brings balance to the two hemispheres of the brain.
"I have always wanted to be in dance but never had the privilege as a kid. Yoga makes me feel like I am dancing while toning my muscles, bringing oxygen and fresh bloodflow to past injuries AND it teaches me to to respect my body where it happens to be for that day. I love teaching others the same."
